never saw anything similar
after 4 year of user, without issues, they blocked our service with no previous notice cause our website (i suppose) was under DDOS attack, and this was eating their bandwidth.
they didn't allow us to bring it back, checking what was going on our server, they simply switched it off and that was it.
thet stopped replying to emails and didn't refund what we already paid.
i know it may sound absurd, but this is exactly what has happened.
